Located in a peaceful part of Perranporth with beautiful countryside views, 12 Nampara Court is a lovely apartment within an historic old building less than ten minutes' walk to Perranporth's shops, restaurants, bars, and spectacular three-mile sandy beach.
Access to the property is up an external metal staircase and then into the flat's entrance hall where there's space for coats and shoes, before ascending a flight of carpeted stairs to the rest of the property.
The open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room is a bright and airy space with large arched windows looking out to distant beach, dunes and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and washing machine (there is a washing line outside for drying clothes).
Traditionally styled, tiles surround the sink and the saucepans are hung from the wall. A breakfast bar with stools faces out to countryside views. The sitting room is furnished with a large comfy corner sofa, Smart TV and DVD player, and a small log burner. A bistro table and two chairs provides a dining space by the window.
Large, light and quiet, the bedroom benefits from countryside views from more lovely arched windows and is furnished with a double bed (4'6") and large mirrored wardrobes. Wooden floorboards extend throughout the flat. The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
12 Nampara Court is heated by night storage heaters and the log burner. There is parking for one car and an outside patio with garden furniture is shared with the other flats in the building. Perfect for a couple looking for a beach break, but with the benefits of a quiet countryside location, the flat is spacious and homely.
Perranporth is a lively seaside community offering surfing, kite surfing, golf, horse-riding, tennis, bowling and gliding. The towering cliffs above the beach provide some of the most spectacular natural scenery, and the South West Coast Path has stunning walks either north to Newquay or south to St Agnes.
The cathedral city of Truro is only eight miles away and many attractions and places of interest such as the Eden Project, National Trust properties and gardens, and St Ives, Falmouth and Padstow are all easily accessible by car. If you don't have a car, a bus service runs frequently from the village between Truro and Newquay, and the mainline rail station in Truro is only a 15-minute cab ride away.
Unfortunately 12 Nampara Court is not suitable for children.
Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. These can be hired from us (£5 per bath towel), or feel free to bring your own.
