Located in a peaceful part of Perranporth with beautiful countryside views, Nampara Court 12 is part of an historic old building 5 - 10 minutes' walk to the shops, cafes and bars, and Perranporth's spectacular three-mile sandy beach and good surf.
Access to the property is up an external metal staircase and then into the flat's entrance hall with space for coats and shoes, before ascending a flight of carpeted stairs to this lovely apartment.
The bedroom is large, light and quiet with countryside views from the arched windows. Furnished with a double bed (4'6") and large mirrored wardrobes, wooden floorboards extend throughout the flat.
The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail. The landing leads into an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with small log burner, TV and DVD player, large comfy corner sofa, and big arched windows.
A small table and two chairs provides a dining space by the window looking out to distant beach, dunes and sea views. The kitchen comprises large worktops, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine and washing machine (there is a washing line outside for drying clothes). Traditionally styled, tiles surround the sink and the saucepans are hung from the wall in this bright and airy rom.
Heating is via night storage heaters and the log burner. Outside, there is parking for one car and an outside patio with garden furniture is shared with the other flats in the building. Perfect for a couple looking for a beach break, but with the benefits of a quiet countryside location, the flat is spacious and homely. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children.
Perranporth is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to both the cathedral city of Truro and Newquay's beautiful beaches, and within an easy 40 minute drive of St Ives, Padstow and Falmouth.
Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
