This lovely holiday home is the perfect spot for those wanting a proper Cornish holiday, being so close to the village, surf and sand!
A small cloakroom in the entrance provides storage for coats and shoes and leads into the hallway and on to the open plan lounge and dining space. A dining table seats four, and a large corner sofa and stool are perfect for relaxing after a busy day on the beach. A 55" 4K QLED TV with DVD player, and coffee table storing a variety of board games, will keep everyone entertained. From the lounge area, a doorway leads into the compact kitchen, comprising an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast bar with two stools. A rear door from the kitchen opens to a small courtyard garden, with two bench seats and an outdoor tap for rinsing sandy toes!
Upstairs, two bedrooms sleeps four guests. Bedroom one has a double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, chair, a bedside unit, single built-in wardrobe with hanging space, and a 19" TV with DVD player. Bedroom two is also furnished with a double bed (4'6"), two bedside units, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, a large mirror and benefits from a wall-mounted 32" flat screen TV.
The bathroom is fitted with a basin, toilet, wall-mounted mirror unit and a corner power shower with large rainfall shower head. Heating for the property is via electric wall-mounted heaters in each room. A driveway to the side of the property provides space for two cars to park. Chi Lowen welcomes one small dog.
Please note that if barbecuing in the garden, to use the barbecue area provided and ensure that no charcoal or fat drips onto the stones.
Perranporth is a wonderful place to holiday: a small but bustling seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast with easy access to the South West Coast Path and well located as a base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall. There are numerous local activities such as riding stables, tennis courts, a golf course, short mat bowling and hang- and para-gliding.
The three-mile expanse of soft golden sand on Perranporth's beach is perfect for sandcastle building and is well known as a surf spot. The cathedral city of Truro, beautiful beaches of Newquay, marine heritage of Falmouth, art of St Ives and many other attractions and places of interest are all within easy reach by car.
