This lovely two bedroom ground floor apartment with beach and sea views is just a few steps from Perranporth's famous three mile beach, and has recently undergone a complete renovation.


Just a few yards from the sea and with direct access on to the lovely sandy beach and dunes of Perranporth, this privately owned apartment is set in a small development of purpose built holiday properties ideal for family holidays by the beach. A short footpath crosses over a stream to the sand dunes and golden sandy beach which joins the South West Coast Path, making this an ideal base for walkers and explorers!  


Perranporth itself has a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a couple of minutes' level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St. Agnes and Truro. Surf lessons, horse riding and even flying are just a few activities you can try in Perranporth, and with easy access on to the A30, Padstow, St. Ives and Falmouth are all within an easy drive, making this a popular spot as a base for touring the rest of Cornwall. 


Three steps lead up to the apartment, which is then all on one level. The accommodation is nicely decorated with tiled flooring in the bathroom and kitchen, and good quality wood effect vinyl in the other rooms.


Lounge/Diner: A good size room with sea and beach view. Furnished with sofas, wall mounted TV with DVD player, and a dining table with chairs to seat six people. A rear door leads to the beach. 

Kitchen: Newly fitted, the kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven and hob, microwave and a washing machine.  

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6?) and pine bunk beds (3') with beach and sea view. 

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3') and built-in wardrobe. Cupboard with water heater. 

Shower room: Newly fitted with electric shower, WC and hand basin with integral vanity unit.


There are wall mounted electric heaters in the living room and main bedroom, and portable heaters are also available.  

Parking for one car is allocated outside the front door. An additional parking space can be obtained at an extra cost of £10 per week. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to vehicles of 7' 4" height and 6' 7" wide.

Electricity is by £1 or £2 coin meter.


Please note this property does provide tea towels but not bath towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own. Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a coin meter which accepts both £1 and £2 coins.


Please note that the Ponsmere Hotel (located in front of Sandbay Apartments) has now been demolished. The area is currently being rebuilt, with building work expected to continue into 2018. Please bear in mind when booking that some disruption may be unavoidable.
