A lovely, peaceful second floor apartment, perfect for a couple, small family, or two or three friends holidaying together, Lake House 4 enjoys a beautiful view over the bowling green and boating lake to the village, sand dunes and sea.


Located in a small block of apartments, Lake House 4 is a cosy and quirky flat in a quiet corner of Perranporth, tucked behind the parish church. The high street with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants is just three minutes' level walk away, and the vast sandy beach and great surf within an easy ten minute walk.  


A communal staircase ascends to the entrance of No. 4 and inside, the accommodation is arranged over two levels. The front door opens to a hallway with space for shoes and coats, and a bedroom is furnished with a single bed (3'), built-in cupboards and a TV. As this bedroom is on a different floor to the rest of the apartment, it feels quite a separate, private space and as such would suit an older child or adult.  


Stairs lead up to the main living area where a semi-open plan living room and kitchen offers a comfy sofa, TV with DVD player and a wonderful view down to the sea (you can even check the surf at high tide!). The room is light and bright, and the fully fitted kitchen deceptively spacious. It is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, and a folding dining table with three chairs. The kitchen window looks out to the back of the church next door (please be aware that the church bells can be heard for a short time every Sunday and Wednesday at 10 a.m.). 


The comfortable master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed (5') and ample storage, and the tiled bathroom is fitted with a bath (quirkily fitted in under the eaves), separate shower cubicle, WC and basin. A wetsuit hanger in the shower is perfect for drip drying wetsuits after a day at the beach.  


Benefitting from electric central heating, the property is warm and welcoming all year round. Outside, a communal garden area overlooks the bowling green and two shared washing lines are available to use. There is an allocated parking space for one car at the front of the building.
