Newly furnished and decorated to a very good standard, Pemberley enjoy an elevated position, and boasts superb views over the town, the boating lake and the links golf course beyond. Within easy walking distance to numerous shops, pubs and restaurants, it also offers an excellent base for touring the rest of Cornwall.

Sleeps 4. A few steps from the parking area at the front lead up to the property which is all on one level.

The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, and washing machine. The kitchen is semi-open plan within the lounge and dining area. The room is furnished with a very comfortable two seater sofa and two chairs, new 32" TV, DVD player and dining furniture. The property is heated by electric central heating.

Bedroom one has a double bed (4ft 6ins) and bedroom two is furnished twin beds (3ft) which can be zipped together to make a king size if required. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.

Outside: To the front of the apartment is a pleasant decking / patio area with patio furniture from which to enjoy the views.  There is one parking space per apartment on the driveway.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
