Less than a five-minute downhill stroll to Perranporth's vast expanse of beach and awesome Atlantic swell, Pemberley is a bright and comfortable ground floor flat with private access and allocated parking. Situated in an elevated position, Pemberley enjoys superb views over the village and boating lake to the links golf course and sand dunes.

 

A few steps from the parking area at the front lead up to the property which is then all on one level. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and sitting room, and is fully equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. The rest of the room is comfortably furnished with a two-seater sofa, two chairs, 32” TV, DVD player and dining furniture.

 

Two bedrooms sleep four: bedroom one is furnished with a double bed (4'6”) and bedroom two with twin beds (3' each), which can be zipped together to make a king-sized bed if preferred. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, a WC and basin.

 

The property is heated by electric central heating and has one parking space on the driveway. To the front of Pemberley a lovely decked area with patio furniture provides a great place to sit out on sunny days and enjoy the views.

 

Perranporth is a small but vibrant seaside resort with surfing, horse riding, tennis, golf and outdoor bowls all within the local vicinity.  It is also a great location on the north coast with easy access to many places of interest and tourist attractions. Only nine miles from the train station in Truro's cathedral city with direct links to London, and 13 miles from Newquay airport.

 

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
