On the right is the kitchen, with white gloss units, an electric hob and cooker, microwave and under counter fridge/freezer. The lounge area, with a modern and fresh feel, is furnished with a dining table and four chairs, a TV on a unit, two sofas and a side table with lamp. 

On the left of the entranceway is a corridor to the sleeping area, with a cupboard providing shelving and storage for coats, bags and shoes. The bathroom is on the right, fitted with toilet, basin and walk-in shower. Bedroom one is a light and bright double, furnished with a modern double bed (4'6"), two bedside tables, a bedside lamp and large built-in wardrobe with a shelf and hanging rail. 

At the end of the corridor bedroom two features two single beds (3' each) and a small built-in wardrobe. The property benefits from stylish wooden flooring throughout and is heated by electric heaters throughout the property. Peran is pet-friendly and welcomes one dog. There is an allocated parking space for one standard sized car in the private car park and additional parking can be purchased at the public car park in Wheal Leisure, just across the road from the property. The accommodation is all on one level, making it suitable for those with mobility difficulties.  

Peran can be booked individually or with Wheal View, the first floor apartment above, for larger groups holidaying together.  

Please note that there is currently significant building work going on close by to this property. Five new houses are under construction with building going on until Spring 2021. The builders' working hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.
