Situated in a prime position within only 50 metres of Perranporth's magnificent three-mile sandy beach, Beachcomber is a pet-friendly two bedroom villa sleeping six, located in an ideal position from which to easily access some of the best coastline in the country.

Beachcomber is well presented and furnished and benefits from a balcony overlooking the glorious golden sands from one of the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The spacious lounge/diner is furnished with two comfy leather sofas, a TV and DVD player and a wooden dining table with six chairs.

Upstairs bedroom one has a double bed (4'6") and bedroom two is furnished with two single beds and also pine bunk beds (all 3'). Doors open from this room to the balcony to enjoy views across the dunes and sand. A family bathroom is fitted with a large shower cubicle, WC and basin.

The property is heated by wall mounted convector electric heaters in each room and an allocated covered parking space is available solely for the use of Beachcomber guests. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7'4" height and 6'7" wide. Three small or two large dogs are welcome subject to prior arrangement.

Beachcomber is positioned in the middle of a small complex of beachside apartments, and the village with its numerous shops, cafés and restaurants are a five minute level walk away. Many other facilities in the village include an excellent 18-hole golf course, horse-riding, gliding, surfing, kite-school, tennis and bowling. Perranporth is on Cornwall's rugged north coast, just a few miles from both Truro and Newquay, and within a half hour drive of The Eden Project, National Trust properties and gardens and many other popular attractions.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 coin meter.

    We enjoyed our walks on the beach and coffee's at The Wateringhole. The flat has everything we needed. Thank you for all of your help, we are looking forward to our holiday in October.
