A generous under stairs cupboard provides a useful storage space, and is where a travel cot is stowed.

Up the carpeted stairs to the first floor are two further bedrooms. A twin room has two single beds (3' each), hanging rail unit and lovely big windows. A good sized en-suite shower room can be accessed either from this bedroom, or from the landing (avoiding the need to go through the bedroom), and is fitted with shower cubicle, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed (5'), bedside tables, chest of drawers, and hanging rail, with floor to ceiling windows making the most of the gorgeous coastal aspect from the property's elevated position. The en-suite provides a shower cubicle, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.

Also on this upper floor is the sitting room enjoying the same superb views. Sink back into the deep, comfortable velvet corner sofa to relax after a busy day sightseeing, and drink in the view, or close the curtains at night and snuggle up in front of the Smart TV. At the opposite end of the sitting room, doors open to a generous balcony with outdoor furniture, enjoying the sun throughout the day.

The enclosed garden has a decked area, with garden furniture and aa large patio outside the kitchen for alfresco dining: the perfect place from which to watch the sun setting over the sea. The garden can be accessed either from the house, or from an external side gate, ideal when returning from a day at the beach to rinse off the sand at the outside tap and shower.

Tastefully decorated in coastal colours, the house benefits from fibre broadband connection, double glazing, and has gas fired heating. Heated underfloor in the sitting room and by radiators in all the other rooms, Serfaus is a warm and comfortable place to stay all year round whether you've come for a sunbathing summer holiday or a storm-watching winter break.

Perranporth is a beautiful seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast, with a good variety of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and is known for its fabulous clifftop views and family friendly facilities. It's also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and a variety of Cornwall's best tourist attractions and places of interest can all be found within a short drive, including the Eden Project, St Ives, Padstow and Falmouth.
