Set back from the road, a pleasant level ten-minute walk to Perranporth's shops, cafes and beach, The Barn Annex is a lovely little property in a peaceful location with views across open countryside, and rural and coastal walks nearby.
There is parking on the driveway for one car, and the property is accessed through its own entrance. Opening into the open plan tiled kitchen/sitting room, the room has large windows and is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chair, TV and DVD player. There is also a small dining table and two stools, and the kitchen area is fully equipped with all cutlery and crockery, an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Upstairs, the bedroom with en-suite is furnished with a double bed (4'6"), bedroom furniture, and a curtain partitions the bedroom from the shower room which is fully tiled, lit with spotlights and fitted with a shower cubicle, WC and basin.
The Barn Annex is heated by portable electric heaters and has been decorated in a fresh and cheerful style. The garden, laid to lawn and up a few steps from the house, is available for shared use with the owners who live next door in the main house.
Perranporth offers three miles of golden sands and good waves, as well as numerous shops, bars and cafes. Close to the A30, Perranporth is an excellent base for exploring Cornwall: the beautiful beaches of Newquay and the cathedral city of Truro are both only nine miles away, and Padstow, Falmouth and St Ives all within an easy 40-minute drive.
