Located in a quiet position near the end of a cul-de-sac, The Little Seashell House is a beautifully presented three-bedroom semi-detached house with a beachy style. Benefiting from two allocated parking spaces at the front and an enclosed level garden to the rear, one small dog is accepted at this contemporary and comfortable property.
The front entrance opens into a lovely tiled hallway off which is the kitchen. Fitted with white gloss cupboards, the kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and Alexa echo hub. A small table and two chairs are positioned in front of the kitchen window.
The lounge / diner is comfortably furnished with two three-seater blue sofas, large TV with Sky HD and DVD player, a circular dining table and four chairs (additional chairs can be brought through from the kitchen if needed). French doors open into the enclosed back garden which has a level lawn and small patio with four garden chairs and a table for sitting out on sunny days. There is also a downstairs WC and basin on this ground floor.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size (5ft) four-poster bed, built-in mirrored wardrobes, and a wall mounted TV. An en-suite is fitted with a shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bedroom two has a double bed (4ft 6ins) and storage, and bedroom three offers a single day bed with a pull-out bed underneath which rises to create a double bed. The family bathroom comprises a bath, WC and basin.
Heated by gas central heating, and fully double glazed, The Little Seashell House is a comfortable and attractive pet-friendly home with WiFi, situated at the top of Perranporth village. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk downhill to Perranporth's shops, bars, cafes and beach.
Perranporth is a small but bustling seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast. The three-mile expanse of soft golden sand on Perranporth's beach is perfect for sandcastle building, the waves are good for surfing, and there are breathtaking views from the clifftop along the coast path. Perranporth is also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and The Eden Project, Falmouth, Padstow and St Ives are all within an easy 40-minute drive.
