The apartment is accessed by a paved pathway from the parking area and up a flight of steep concrete steps with a steel railing. The front door opens into a spacious and sunny kitchen, dining and living area. On the right is the kitchen, with breakfast bar, modern units, an electric hob and cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The lounge area has a modern and fresh feel and is furnished with a dining table with four chairs, a TV, two sofas, and a side table with lamp. The windows afford lovely views across the village to the sand dunes and golf course in the distance!
On the left of the entranceway is a corridor to the sleeping area, with a cupboard providing shelving and storage for coats, bags and shoes. The bathroom is on the right, fitted with a toilet, basin and walk-in shower. Bedroom one is a light and bright double, furnished with a modern double bed (4'6") and a large built-in wardrobe with a shelf and hanging rail.
At the end of the corridor bedroom two features a bunk bed sleeping two, a bedside unit, table lamp, and small built-in wardrobe. The property benefits from stylish wooden flooring throughout and is heated by electric heaters throughout the property. Wheal View is pet-friendly and welcomes one dog. There is an allocated parking space for one standard sized car in the private car park and additional parking can be purchased at the public car park in Wheal Leisure, just across the road from the property.
