A lovely traditional stone Cornish cottage in the picturesque and vibrant village of St Agnes, Gargoyle Cottage is an attractive and spacious three bedroom terraced cottage close to the village shops, bars and cafes, and within walking distance of Trevaunance Cove's sheltered beach and great surf.

A few steps from the front gate lead down to the landscaped garden and front entrance which opens into the family room with comfy chairs, books and games. A slate tiled floor, beamed ceilings and stone fireplace with multi-fuel burning stove make this a cosy and welcoming space, with stairs leading to the first floor.

The sitting room is furnished with comfortable sofas, a natural stone fireplace, TV with Sky, a DVD player, music system, and lovely deep window seat. The spacious kitchen/dining room has a flagstone style floor and a well-equipped fitted kitchen including a double electric oven and hob, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A circular dining table and chairs seat six people.

Upstairs three bedrooms sleep six guests. Bedrooms one and two both have double beds (4'6"), with bedroom one benefiting from an en-suite wet room with power shower, WC and basin. Bedroom three is furnished with twin beds (3' each), and a family bathroom is fitted with power shower over the bath, a WC and basin.

A small lobby off the kitchen provides access to the private suntrap rear garden: a stone paved and decked courtyard with high walls. Garden furniture for six people and a kettle barbecue for use on the patio provides a great space for outdoor living on bright days and balmy summer evenings. From here steps lead up to the garage where there is private off-road parking for one car. Additional on-street parking is available. Gargoyle Cottage is warm and welcoming all year round, heated by oil central heating.

Please note that towels are not included at this property, however these can be hired from Duchy Holidays and added at the time of booking, or feel free to bring your own.
