The fully equipped kitchen, with countryside views, is finished to a high specification, incorporating a full height fridge, separate freezer, large induction hob, oven, combi oven microwave, warming drawer and dishwasher. The sink includes a waste disposal unit and an instant hot tap provides boiling water - no need to wait for a kettle to boil! There is a dining table with chairs to seat eight, and an Apple Mac computer at one end of the kitchen is available for guests to use. The sitting room is furnished with three large comfortable sofas, arranged to enjoy the coastal views, and a TV and DVD player make this a relaxing space in which to unwind. There is also a separate WC and basin on this floor and storage space for shoes and coats.


Carpeted stairs lead down to the next floor where there are three bedrooms, the family bathroom and utility room. Bedroom one is furnished with a small double bed (4ft) and a single bed (3ft). The room enjoys seaviews and also benefits from Roman blackout blinds to aid a good nights' sleep. Bedroom two offers a king sized bed, two windows with seaviews and black out blinds, a large wardrobe, TV, and en-suite shower room with WC, basin, roomy shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Bedroom three is a twin room with built in wardrobe and views across the patio to the fields.


The fully tiled sandstone family bathroom includes a WC, basin and shower over the bath. A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the utility room; and a sink, microwave, kettle and fridge make this a very useful second kitchen area handy for barbecues. A charcoal barbecue can be used by guests and is kept on the patio (accessed from the utility) and furnished with table, eight chairs and four stools.


A further lower storey can be reached by carpeted stairs from the landing (the whole staircase is lit by small LED lights to ensure guests can see their way even during the night). On this floor is bedroom four: a fabulously spacious room boasting a super king sized bed, four built in wardrobes, chaise longue and dressing table. Patio doors open onto a pebbled garden with plants, shrubs and a washing line, and a luxurious en-suite offers a truly indulgent space in which to enjoy the deep bath, double shower cubicle with rainfall shower, WC, double basin and heated towel rail. The room is fully tiled except for the wall behind the bath which is papered with distinctive glittery lizard wallpaper for added decadence! 


The house benefits from underfloor heating with individual room thermostats and there is parking for three cars at the front. Please note that the property is at the end of a bumpy, pot-holed lane, which may be difficult for those with mobility problems.

    "Amazing house. Real 'Wow' factor. This felt like a five star holiday. The house is huge and the living area was a pleasure to be in. In terms of highlights: the size of the house and the bedrooms (especially the basement) was a real treat; the views - not just down to the beach but over the fields to the side of the house; the in-built coffee maker, the provision of phone chargers, the TV and internet worked without fuss; the decking / terrace; the sofas; the utility room; the feeling of solitude.Perranporth is also great - busy but nice people, tourists and workers alike. It was a pleasant ten minute walk down to the beach (much better than paying £10 and queuing to park), uphill walk back up but not too strenuous. "
