Property Description

Located on the second floor of luxury new development The Dunes, number 35 enjoys incredible panoramic views of Perranporth's vast sandy beach, white capped Atlantic rollers, and huge expanse of shimmering ocean.  

Accessed either by internal stairs or a lift, number 35 is all on one level and sleeps two guests. Entry is into a hallway with space for coats and shoes and leads through to the main living area with huge windows showcasing those magnificent coastal views. Double sliding glass doors open to a wonderfully large sea-facing balcony which runs the width of the apartment, providing a fantastic covered outdoor space from which to watch the waves, enjoy an afternoon cream tea with a view, or an evening tipple as the sun sinks below the horizon and turns the sea and sky pink. Even after the sun has set, there's lighting on the balcony, so the outdoor space and fresh sea air can still be enjoyed. 

The open plan kitchen/sitting room is fitted with stylish pale grey kitchen cupboards, an electric cooker with induction hob, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combination washing machine and tumble dryer. A circular dining table and four chairs provide a place to sit to eat, and two deep and comfortable grey sofas are arranged in front of the windows from which to appreciate the views, relax with a book, or watch the large Smart TV with Netflix (login required). Floor length vertical blinds can be drawn across the windows and balcony doors in the evenings if wanted.  

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall-mounted TV. Full length windows with a sliding glass door open to the balcony and frame the view: imagine being able to enjoy a morning cup of tea in bed while looking out to sea! The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC, basin, heated towel rail and large mirror.  

The apartment is equipped with superfast Wifi and an entry phone system. A secure caged store is available for boards and beach equipment, and a shared outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off after a day on the beach. There is one allocated parking space in the car park for a car only (no vans allowed). One small to medium sized dog is welcome.  

Perranporth's new fine dining restaurant The Summer House, and cafe bar Alcatraz are literally less than 30 seconds stroll from the front of the apartment building, and another few steps takes you down to the beach to feel the sand between your toes within a minute of leaving the front door.

A small but thriving seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast, Perranporth has a good variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and is known for its stunning clifftop views and year-round dog-friendly beach. It's also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are both only eight miles away. Within an easy hours' drive there are numerous attractions and places of interest such as The Eden Project, the cobbled streets of St Ives, St Michael's Mount, the iconic Minack Theatre, and beautiful sub-tropical National Trust gardens.
