The view from the kitchen window extends across rooftops to the rolling green countryside beyond.

A carpeted bedroom makes a cosy space to nestle up at night in the double bed (4'6"). The fully tiled bathroom has a shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. A utility cupboard in the hall houses a combination washer/dryer.

The beach is literally steps from the front door, through The Dunes development and down a flight of steps to Perranporth's golden sand and great surf, and the village with its shops, cafes, restaurants and bars is a level couple of minutes' walk away.

Perranporth is also known for its stunning clifftop views and family friendly facilities. A great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall, the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and a variety of Cornwall's best tourist attractions and places of interest can all be reached within a 40-minute drive, including the Eden Project, St Ives, Padstow and Falmouth.
