Property Description

A beautifully light, spacious and modern pet-friendly house, Brea House has been built to a high specification and provides exceptional accommodation within an easy five-minute walk of Perranporth's high street, shops, bars and cafes and ten minutes' walk down to the beach.


Built over three floors, Brea House enjoys lovely views overlooking the tennis courts, children's park and across to the sand dunes. The entrance hallway on the first floor leads into a well-equipped open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room which provides a perfect hub for family life. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and a large oak table with matching chairs in the dining room accommodates up to eight people plus there is also a highchair.


The sitting room is furnished with comfy sofas and chairs, a 32 inch flat screen TV and a wood burning stove and underfloor heating make this a warm and comfortable space regardless of the weather. Large doors open to the balcony with wonderful views over the park and countryside. There is also a WC on this floor.


Stairs lead up to the second floor which is taken up with the master bedroom, en-suite, and baby room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (5'), apex windows, and a fully tiled en-suite shower room fitted with a large walk-in, WC and basin. The baby room is furnished with a cot.


Stairs from the first floor descend to the ground floor where there are the other three spacious bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom two is furnished with a double bed (4'6") and has French doors opening onto decking with garden furniture. Bedroom three is furnished with twin beds (3' each) and also enjoys French doors to the decking. Bedroom four offers another two single beds (3' each) and the family bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.


A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and a rear entrance leads (via steps) onto the large decking which is furnished with a garden table and chairs for outdoor eating or evening drinks as the sun goes down.

The house benefits from an efficient central heating system with underfloor heating and a wood burner in the sitting room. Parking is available at the front for three normal size cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at this property, to be supervised at all times.


Perfect for a family holiday, all the amenities, shops and cafes of Perranporth, plus the spectacular South West coast path are all just a short walk away, as is Perranporth's beautiful dog-friendly three-mile sandy beach.  Perranporth is known for its great surf and stunning coastline, and this bustling seaside resort is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer. Only nine miles from both the cathedral city of Truro, and the beautiful beaches of Newquay, there are numerous attractions and places of interest such as The Eden Project, the cobbled streets of St Ives, and sub-tropical National Trust gardens, all within an easy half hour drive.

    May I take this opportunity to tell you all what a wonderful time we all had had during our recent stay at Brea House. It was wonderful - in fact we would have stopped for ever! The accommodation was 1st class, we have never stopped in such a top rated property before, it was so wonderful that we have provisionally booked for Easter 2017. Perranporth is such a magical place.
