A newly built house in a recent development, ten minutes' walk from Perranporth's village and beach, Chy Kornella is a fresh and modern house occupying a corner plot with a level lawned garden and views across to the sand dunes.
The front door opens into a roomy hallway with a cloakroom (WC and basin) and space for coats and shoes. The stylish kitchen/diner has been fitted with gloss finish units, wood effect flooring, a table and four chairs, and is fully equipped with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair and satellite TV. Patio doors open to a good-sized level lawned garden with a swing seat, a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the evening sun with a glass of something chilled after a busy day at the beach! A back gate leads to the driveway. The garden shed is not available for guests' use.

Upstairs, two bedrooms sleep four. The master bedroom, with views to the dunes and rugby field, is furnished with a king-sized bed (5'), wardrobe and a wall-mounted freeview TV. An en-suite shower room is fitted with a large shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Bedroom two has a zip and link bed which can be made up as either two small singles (2'6” each) or a king-sized bed (5') on request. The family bathroom comprises a shower over the bath, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Heated by gas central heating, and fully double glazed, Chy Kornella is a comfortable and attractive home with Wifi and parking on the driveway for two cars.

Perranporth is a small but thriving seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast. The three-mile expanse of soft golden sand on Perranporth's beach is perfect for sandcastle building, the waves are good for surfing, and there are breathtaking views from the clifftop along the coast path. Perranporth is also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and The Eden Project, Falmouth, Padstow and St Ives are all within an easy 40-minute drive.

Pets will be considered on an individual basis and must be kept off the furniture.
