Outside the house are parking spaces for three cars, and entry is through a gate into the enclosed front garden with a ramp leading to the front door. The entrance hall is large and airy with stairs ascending to the second floor. The house is reverse level, with all four bedrooms and the family bathroom downstairs, and the main living areas upstairs. This property may therefore be appropriate for those with some mobility issues, although not for people who are wheelchair bound.


Bedroom one is spacious and furnished with a double bed (4ft 6ins), large wardrobe, chest of drawers and wall mounted TV. An en-suite shower room is fitted with walk-in rain shower, WC, basin, and patio doors from the bedroom open onto a patio to the front of the house. Bedroom two has twin beds (3ft each) which can be converted to double bed if required, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, and bedroom three has full sized bunk beds (3ft), storage and a wardrobe.  A travel cot and highchair are also provided.


The fourth bedroom is another double (4ft 6ins bed) with wardrobe, chest of drawers and en-suite shower room fitted with a large rain shower, WC and basin. The family bathroom is also on this floor offering a bath with shower over it, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Renewable central heating thoughout the property.


Upstairs, the space has been opened out to create a very large open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room, with floor to ceiling windows framing outstanding views over Perranporth village, the beach and sea. The carpeted sitting room is furnished with two large sofas and matching armchair which offer a comfortable space from which to enjoy the views, or to watch the TV (inc Freeview) or a DVD.


Large, light, bright and modern, the newly fitted kitchen boasts a double butler sink, wooden floor, dishwasher and a large island with ample storage, an electric double oven and hob. The stylish pale grey cupboards conceal a tall fridge and pull out larder-style storage. A dining table with five chairs and wooden bench provides a sociable dining space, and in good weather patio doors from the kitchen can be opened onto the decking at the back - the kitchen is at ground level at the back of the house - which offers an enclosed area with table, chairs and barbecue.


A utility room off the kitchen houses a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and additional sink, with plenty of space for coats, shoes and storage. A separate WC and basin can also be found off this room. Heating throughout the house is via underfloor heating.


The property is perfect for a large family holiday, or two families holidaying together, and is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, cafes and of course the beach!


Perranporth is a small but bustling seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast. The three-mile expanse of soft golden sand on Perranporth's beach is perfect for sandcastle building, the waves are good for surfing, and there are breath-taking views from the clifftop along the coast path. Perranporth is also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and The Eden Project, Falmouth, Padstow and St Ives are all within an easy 40 minute drive.
