The front entrance is accessed by six steps from the parking area where there is allocated parking for one car (a second parking space can be found in the lower car park in front of the castle). The front door then opens into the entrance hall of this first floor apartment, with a large storage cupboard suitable for bodyboards, buckets, spades and beach equipment.


A bright and spacious open plan living space offers spectacular views across the beach and sea from the windows and is furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater leather sofa, TV with Freeview and built-in DVD player, a wall mounted electric fire and a dining table and four chairs. The fully equipped and fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a combination washer dryer.


Bedroom one is a large and airy room boasting a magnificent sea view and furnished with a king size bed (5'), TV and two chairs. Bedroom two has two single beds (3' each). The bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over it, basin and WC. The apartment is heated by night storage heaters and the electric fire in the sitting room. Dogs are welcome all year round.  

Perranporth is a small but vibrant seaside resort with surfing, horse riding, tennis, golf and outdoor bowls all within the local vicinity.  It is also a great location on the north coast with easy access to many places of interest and tourist attractions. Only nine miles from the train station in Truro's cathedral city with direct links to London, and 13 miles from Newquay airport. 

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.

2019: Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a key meter.

2020: The key meter will be removed and electricity included in the rental price.
