A bright, modern house with private garden and off street parking, Foxbury is a new property only completed in January 2017. It has four bedrooms, two with beautiful countryside aspects, is heated by an airsource heat pump and underfloor heating and there is parking at the front for two cars.

The front entrance hall opens into the middle floor of this three storey house, and stairs lead down to a lovely bright and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room. An ideal space for socialising with the whole family, or for two families holidaying together, the large room lends itself to family dinners, drinks on the patio, or simply chilling out together watching a film after a busy day on the beach!

The kitchen has tiled flooring and is fully equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, and a large wooden table and eight chairs provides a lovely dining space. A utility room just off the kitchen houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and separate WC and basin.  

The living room is furnished with big leather sofas and an armchair, and has a large Smart TV with Netflix, Sky fibre and Sky Q, and a DVD player. Patio doors open out onto a lovely patio area overlooking open countryside, with garden furniture and a coal barbecue.

Back up to the middle floor where there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (4ft 6ins), and one with twin beds (3ft each). All the bedrooms are warmly carpeted and have built-in wardrobes. The family bathroom is on this floor, with a bath and shower fitted over it, WC and basin. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms: another double (4ft 6ins) and velux windows, and a twin (two 3ft beds) which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.

Immediately adjacent to the house, a stile allows access to a countryside path down to Perranporth's shops, cafes and beach, without having to walk along the main road.

Perranporth is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to both the cathedral city of Truro and the beaches of Newquay; and The Eden Project, Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within an easy 40 minute drive. Locally in Perranporth, great surf, horse riding, golf and tennis are all available, as are plenty of family activities such as boating on the lake, a children's play park, and the biggest play area of all: the beach, with miles of golden sand, a seawater pool, and lots of rockpools to explore!
