Bedroom two has a king-sized bed (5') and ample storage space, and the bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin. Benefitting from electric central heating, the property is warm and comfortable all year round. Outside, a communal garden area overlooks the bowling green and two shared washing lines are available to use. There is an allocated parking space for one car at the front of the building. 


Situated in a central yet peaceful location, Lake House 4 is perfect for a couple or small family. Tennis courts and a children's play park are just down the road, as is the local church, and the church bells can occasionally be heard from the apartment. Perranporth's bars, cafes, independent shops and beautiful beach are all only a level five-minute walk away.  


Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
