A beautifully presented two bedroom chalet in a great location, number 69 has a quiet and relatively secluded spot by the sand dunes on Perran Sands Holiday Park: two minutes' walk to the site's restaurants, pools and facilities, and ten minutes' walk to Perranporth's vast glorious beach.
Entrance to the chalet is into the light and stylish open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room with solid oak flooring extending throughout the property and large windows. A white leather corner sofa and matching reclining armchair provide a comfortable place to curl up with a book or watch the Smart TV with DVD player.
The contemporary kitchen has dark wood units and tiled splash backs and is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The cupboards are stocked with ample good quality crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. A glass topped dining table and four chairs is situated in the middle of the room for family mealtimes.
Two bedrooms sleep four: bedroom one is furnished with a double bed (4'6), bedside tables and a free-standing full length mirror cleverly designed with hanging space behind it. Bedroom two has bunkbeds (3' each), a dressing table and hanging space. Black out blinds in both bedrooms aid a good nights' sleep in this peaceful part of the park.
The bathroom benefits from underfloor heating and is fitted with a large walk-in shower, WC, basin and lighted mirror. The rest of the rooms have electric heaters for cooler days, and the chalet is double glazed throughout.
Outside, there's parking for two cars next to the chalet, an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a bench by the front door to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. One small dog is welcome at the property all year round (not allowed on the furniture and to be supervised at all times please). Number 69 is semi-detached to number 70, which can also be booked through Duchy Holidays for two lots of friends or families holidaying together.
Perran Sands is an award winning family-oriented park offering excellent facilities and activities including a swimming pool, several bars, restaurants, playgrounds, an amusement arcade and a launderette all within a couple of minutes' walk of number 69. Entertainment and activity tickets are not included in the rental price but can be purchased on site for entry to the indoor heated swimming pool and flume, family entertainment centre, cabaret club, children's clubs and more.
Perranporth village is a two minute drive down the hill (or approximately a 30 minute walk down through the dunes and along the beach) with a range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Activities within the local area include surfing and body boarding, golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls, and there is also, of course, the beautiful three mile long sandy beach to enjoy!
