The site's shops, cafes, pools and facilities are a short two minute walk away, and you can feel the soft golden sand of Perranporth beach between your toes within ten minutes' walk!
The door opens into a light and welcoming sitting room, furnished with a sofa, two chairs and a TV and DVD player. The sitting room is open plan to the kitchen/diner, amply equipped with a dining table, four chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed (4'6”) and a wardrobe, and bedroom two with bunk beds (3') and a wardrobe unit. Both bedrooms benefit from black out blinds. The recently refurbished bathroom is fully tiled in a clean and modern style, with walk-in shower, WC and basin. Perran Sands 70 has electric heaters to keep the chalet warm even on chillier days.
Outside, there are parking spaces for two cars and a bench by the front door provides a place to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. One small dog is welcome at the property all year round, to be supervised at all times and not allowed on the furniture please. Number 70 is semi-detached to number 69, which sleeps four and can also be booked through Duchy Holidays for two lots of friends or two families holidaying together.
Perran Sands is an award winning family-oriented park offering excellent facilities and activities including a swimming pool, several bars, restaurants, playgrounds, an amusement arcade and a launderette all within a couple of minutes' walk of number 70. Entertainment and activity tickets are not included in the rental price but can be purchased on site for entry to the indoor heated swimming pool and flume, family entertainment centre, cabaret club, children's clubs and more.
Perranporth village is a two minute drive down the hill (or approximately a 30 minute walk down through the dunes and along the beach) with a range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Activities within the local area include surfing and body boarding, golf, horse riding, tennis and bowls, and there is also, of course, the beautiful three mile long sandy beach to enjoy.
Please note that electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 coin metre.
