Perran View Holiday Village is a lovely family holiday park situated in the hamlet of Trevellas, mid-way between the vibrant and beautiful seaside resorts of Perranporth and St Agnes. Offering great facilities and also entertainment at Easter and in the peak season, it's only a few minutes' drive to the beautiful north coast beaches of Trevaunance Cove, Trevellas Porth and Perranporth.
Tregye, Number 92, is a comfortable three bedroom bungalow located at the end of a small row of properties. Widened doorways throughout and accommodation all on one level make this property suitable for wheelchair users. The open plan kitchen, lounge and diner is furnished with two leather sofas, a leather armchair and a TV with DVD player.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dining table with six chairs. All three bedrooms are generously sized and well furnished: bedroom one has a double bed (4'6") and bedrooms two and three both offer twin beds (3' each). The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC and basin.
Heating is provided by wall-mounted electric heaters in each room and Wifi is available in the lobby area of the holiday village. Parking is in the on-site car park 200 metres away, and cars can pull up outside the property to unload luggage.
From mid-March to the end of October Perran View Holiday Village guests have use of the free indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and crazy golf. There's also a children's play area, tennis courts and family entertainment in the clubhouse. An on-site launderette, shop, bars, restaurant and take-away all make for a hassle-free holiday.
Trevellas Porth is the nearest beach and can be walked to in 25 minutes. Known locally as 'Blue Hills', this is a small beach in an old mining area - there are many engine houses and chimneys still to be seen - and is popular with fishermen and snorklers. Trevaunance Cove's popular sandy bay can be reached a further 15 minutes' (quite challenging) walk along the beautiful coast path from here.
Only ten minutes' drive from the amenities, shops, cafes and beaches of Perranporth to the north and St Agnes to the south, Tregye is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: nine miles to both the cathedral city of Truro and beaches of Newquay, and within easy driving distance of numerous attractions and places of interest including the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth.
