Sand Bay No.4 is a fabulous coastal retreat, located literally a few short steps to Perranporth's glorious three-mile golden sandy beach, sand dunes and the South West Coast Path. Set within a small development of purpose built holiday homes, this ground floor apartment is comfortable, contemporary and inviting.


The covered front entrance to No. 4 has one step leading into the apartment, from which point everything is on one level, with ceramic tiled flooring in the living areas. Fresh and bright, a contemporary theme is reflected in the choice of furnishings and decor adding modern appeal to the interior, creating a very comfortable holiday sanctuary.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, and ample workspace and kitchen units. The comfortable lounge is furnished with seating for six people on sofas, a rectangular dining table with chairs, Smart TV, DVD player, PS4 console with games, and a serving hatch to the kitchen. A fully glazed rear door offers beautiful views to the sea and beach.  

Bedroom one is furnished with a king size bed (5') with pocket sprung memory mattress, and a 32" flat screen TV. Bedroom two offers spacious family accommodation with a double bed (4'6") and two single beds (3' each). The bathroom is fitted with a bath and overhead shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Approached via a narrow driveway, Sand Bay No.4 benefits from a private allocated undercover parking space. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7' 4" height and 6' 7" wide. An additional parking space can be obtained at an extra cost of £10 per week.


Heating for this property is via portable and wall mounted electric heaters. There is an on-site coin operated laundrette for the use of Sand Bay visitors, and a travel cot and highchair are available within the apartment. Two small dogs are welcome at this property. 

In addition to the wonderful beach on the doorstep, Perranporth has a wide selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within a short level walk of the apartment. For those seeking adventure, surfing schools, riding stables, tennis courts and a championship golf course are all nearby. It's a great location on the north coast with easy access to many places of interest and tourist attractions, served by local bus connections to Newquay, St. Agnes and Truro, and within a 40-minute drive of Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth.  

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels.  These can be hired from us or feel free to bring your own.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 and £2 coin meter.

    Our 4th stay in the Sandbay Holiday Flats. Relaxing, spacious and comfortable in a great area. We always find something different to do! We are looking forward to staying again!!
