Whether you choose to amble along the country lanes or journey four miles to St.Agnes and the nearby coves of Chapel Porth or Trevaunance Cove a memorable stay is guaranteed. 'Seacroft' stands in its own lawned gardens to the rear with a raised patio from which to sit back and appreciate the scenery or to relax and enjoy an evening barbeque (BBQ not supplied) or an alfresco breakfast. A superb property in a very quiet location.

Downstairs Accommodation
A spacious hallway leads into this beautifully presented house. The kitchen comprises electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. An open plan sitting room and dining room has French doors leading out to the rear garden and onto the decking area. Furnished with a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to eight people the spacious room also offers deep comfy sofas and chairs and a TV, DVD player and Sky TV with full sky package including movies and sports.

On this level there is also a bedroom (bedroom 5) with double bed (4ft 6ins) and a double fold-out bed for alternative sleeping arrangements. An en-suite wet room provides electric shower, wash hand basin and WC. A kitchenette next to the bedroom means this space could be self contained for some of the guests.

Upstairs are four more bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king sized bed (5ft) and bedroom two and three have double beds (4ft 6ins). Bedroom four is furnished with twin beds (3ft). All bedrooms are very well presented and benefit from TVs and DVD players. Also upstairs is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC. Heating is via gas central heating radiators.

Outside there are a variety of flowering shrubs to the front of the house and to the rear is an large enclosed lawn area with a raised patio supplied with garden furniture. Parking is at the front of the house for two to three vehicles.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
