The apartment offers two bedrooms, both enjoying lots of light from balcony doors. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds (3' each) and the master bedroom has a super king sized bed (6') which can be separated into two single beds for alternative sleeping arrangements. It also benefits from a fully tiled en suite with curved shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail, and a large walk in wardrobe provides generous storage space. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower above, basin and WC, and is fully tiled.  

The floors are laid with wood style flooring throughout, and spotlights provide discreet and contemporary lighting. Dominating the open plan kitchen/living room is the spectacular view from large windows and doors onto the glass fronted balcony. Furnished with a table and chairs, the balcony offers what must be one of the best views in Perranporth, with an uninterrupted vista across the beach.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, and a utility room just off the kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. A large kitchen island provides a dining area with four seats. A comfortable corner sofa provides a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy the view, or watch the TV and DVD player. The apartment is heated by controllable electric radiators throughout.  

The building can be accessed from the parking bays at the rear (there is one allocated space for Seascape), or from the main entrance off Cliff Road at the front with stairs or a lift up to the apartment, which is fitted with an entry phone system.  

Perfect for a beachside break, all the amenities, shops, bars and cafes of Perranporth - plus the spectacular South West coast path - are all just a short walk away. Perranporth boasts a beautiful big beach with golden sand and good surf and is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to the cathedral city of Truro; and Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within an easy 40 minute drive.  

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels.  These can be hired from us or feel free to bring your own. Towel hire costs: Tea-towels £1.50 each, hand towels £2.50 each, bath towels £5.00 each.

    Thank you for a lovely holiday. Our apartment was fantastic with everything we could have wished for and whilst we have visited many parts of Cornwall over the years. it was our first time in Perranporth and we loved it there. Will keep fingers crossed and hope to visit again.
