Situated a short walk from Bolingey's lovely 17th century pub, St Jude's Ranch has beautiful countryside views and offers light, airy, spacious and modern accommodation to comfortably sleep ten. Entrance to the property is up a series of steps and into a lovely big and bright open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with French doors opening onto a patio facing the neighbouring property and a second set of French doors the other end of the room opening onto the private garden.


The sitting room is furnished with a sofa (which converts into a double bed for additional sleeping arrangements), three comfy armchairs, a TV with DVD player and a cosy log burner. A dining table seats 12 on two long benches and two chairs and more comfortable seating is available beyond the table, looking out to the garden.  


The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts a wide breakfast bar with four seats, a double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and pull-out sliding larder unit. Through into the utility room there is a second fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. A back door leads into the small enclosed garden with table, chairs, a climbing frame for the children and an outside shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. 


Inside the house there is also a downstairs shower room off the utility with shower cubicle, WC and basin, and a storage cupboard with plenty of hooks and space for coats and shoes.  


Off the light and spacious hallway Bedroom 1 is two single beds. Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 2; with double bed, TV, en-suite and its own door out to the garden, making it a perfect separate space for teenagers or a couple, who might like to come and go as they please, or for those with mobility problems. The bathroom has a luxury deep bath, large separate shower, WC, basin and towel rail.


From the hallway a wooden staircase ascends to the upstairs accommodation: four more bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with super king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a glass balcony offering beautiful far-reaching countryside views. An en-suite bathroom comprises shower, WC, basin and towel rail. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and Bedrooms 5 and 6 both have a single bed in each.  


The family bathroom is also on this floor with a bath with shower over it, WC, basin and towel rail. There are gorgeous views from the windows on the spacious landing, and the high ceilings and large windows made this a light and airy house.  


Parking is available on the quiet lane outside the property, with no restrictions. There is also a shared driveway however it is only wide enough to park one behind the other therefore it might be best to park on the lane to avoid being blocked in.
