Situated above a shop, overlooking the high street on one side and the beach on the other, access is up a flight of external metal steps to enter into the galley kitchen. Fully equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, there is also a breakfast bar with two stools. Off the kitchen a shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet, basin and heated towel rail.  

A light and spacious sitting and dining room is furnished with a dining table with six chairs, two 2-seater sofas and a Smart TV. A lovely bay window looks out over the high street. Bedroom one is on this floor, with bunk beds (3' each), and two further bedrooms and a cot room are upstairs. A stairgate is fitted at the top of the stairs, for safety. Bedroom two is stylishly furnished with a king sized bed (5'), armchair, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. Incredible views down to the beach frame Chapel Rock through the window, and a small connecting room under the eaves is perfect for families with a baby, equipped with a cot and changing table and the velux window is fitted with a black out blind.  

Bedroom four offers a double bed (4'6"), built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and the same beautiful beach and sea views. Wall mounted electric heaters in each room keep the property warm in the cooler months and it is fully double glazed throughout. St Pirans 6 accepts two well behaved pets (not allowed in the bedrooms) and there is one allocated parking space a few metres from the property.  

Perranporth boasts a beautiful dog-friendly three mile long beach with golden sand and good surf, and numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk of St Pirans 6. Also within easy walking distance of the apartment are Perranporth's boating lake, tennis courts, bowling green, golf course and the spectacular South West Coast Path. 

The cathedral city of Truro and stunning beaches of Newquay are both only nine miles away and a variety of Cornwall's best tourist attractions and places of interest, including the Eden Project, National Trust properties and gardens, St Ives and Padstow can all be found within a half hour drive, making St Pirans 6 an ideal base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.
