Situated in a fantastic central location, just off the high street and only a couple of minutes' walk to Perranporth's vast sandy beach, The Beach Cave is a well presented and comfortable three bedroom maisonette with small enclosed courtyard.   

Tucked back from the high street, the property is ideally located to enjoy Perranporth's shops, bars and restaurants which are just moments away, and yet offers a relaxing environment to return to, put your feet up and relax.   

Three steps lead up to the front door which opens into a small hall with utility room off to the left where the washing machine is kept. The ground floor comprises the sitting room, kitchen and dining room in a semi open-plan layout, with patio doors leading out to a small enclosed and decked courtyard. There is a shed for boards and wetsuits, and a bistro table and four chairs at which to enjoy good weather in this little sun trap.  

The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A dining table and six chairs overlooks the courtyard, and an archway and single step leads though to the sitting room which is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a comfortable three-seater leather sofa, a single chair, and TV with Sky.  

The open plan staircase goes up to three bedrooms, a family bathroom and additional WC. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed (4'6”), plenty of storage, and a bay window with views across to the sand dunes. Two steps descend to a light and comfortable twin room with two single beds (3' each) and a window seat overlooking the high street. A further two steps lead up to a cloakroom with WC and basin in one direction, and two steps in the opposite direction ascend to the spacious bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and basin. The third bedroom is also on this level, furnished with a double bed (4' 6”) and fitted wardrobes.   

The Beach Cave accepts one small dog and has wooden floors throughout. The property is heated via night storage heaters, and a parking permit for a nearby car park is supplied.  

Perranporth boasts a beautiful three mile long beach with golden sand and good surf, numerous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, and is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to the cathedral city of Truro; and Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth all within an easy 40 minute drive.  

 

Short breaks may be available outside of peak seasons. 

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
