A parking space for two cars, or one large people carrier, is available at the back of the property. Several stone steps lead down to the entrance which opens into the bright open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped and comprises an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.  

Karnden flooring extends through the main living space which has been tastefully decorated in a clean and fresh style which is still in keeping with the more traditional features of the property. A dining table with three chairs and a bench seats six, and a large corner sofa and armchair provide comfortable seating from which to enjoy the views out across the garden and the village, or watch the wall-mounted TV. 

Sliding patio doors open out to a decked balcony (with barbecue and garden furniture) which overlooks the tiered garden. The view extends over Perranporth to the dunes, the beach, and countryside beyond. Steps lead down to the landscaped garden which includes a rotary washing line, small patio and decked area with reclining chair ? a tranquil place to enjoy the fresh sea air. A gate at the bottom of the garden allows access to Lower Tywarnhayle Road, even closer to the village centre and beach!  

A separate dining room is furnished with a circular dining table and four chairs, a large sofa and double wardrobe. Bedroom one is also on the ground floor, furnished with a double bed (4'6") and dressing table. The tiled family bathroom is fitted with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail.  

Upstairs, two further bedrooms are built under the eaves, one furnished with a king-sized bed (5'), hanging rail and dressing table, and the other with one single bed (3'), a small double (4'), a cot and a TV. This room has a wash basin and both bedrooms enjoy lots of natural light. 

Perranporth is a beautiful coastal resort in north Cornwall, boasting a three-mile-long sandy beach, excellent surf, and a bustling high street with several independent shops, cafes, bars and ample opportunities to buy seaside pasties, fish and chips and ice cream! It is also an ideal base from which to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer, with both the cathedral city of Truro and the beautiful beaches of Newquay only nine miles away; and Padstow, St Ives and the Eden Project all within an easy 40 minute drive.

    Love Perranporth, this house is in a fantastic position on the hill overlooking the town, it was great to enjoy Tunes in the Dunes. The house itself was fantastic, spacious for a grown family of 5. the front porch area was especially useful for beach stuff. We had many a BBQ too. Duchy staff were very polite and helpful too!
