Adjoining the owners' house (please note that the owners' dog is occasionally outside), it has its own parking space, entrance and sitting out area including barbeque facilities, although you may fancy popping along to the delightful 17th Century pub serving good food and ale a few yards away! Nestled in a pretty valley and yet a stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Perranporth it offers the perfect base to enjoy your holiday whether you want to chill out on the beach or take advantage of the many activities on the doorstep including many off-road walks, horse riding, golf, surfing and kitesurfing. If you can bear to tear yourself away it is also perfectly positioned to explore further afield with the Eden Project, many National Trust properties, Lands End, the Cathedral City of Truro and the towns of Falmouth and Newquay all within an easy drive.

Entrance through French doors to light filled kitchen/diner with wooden/tiled floor and skylight over. Kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Dining area with large oak table and seating for at least four people. Step up to good sized sitting room with large corner sofa, comfy chairs and wood burner; freeview TV and DVD player, CD player with iPod dock. Up cottage stairs to split-level first floor. Bedroom 1: Super-king size bed. Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3ft). Both bedrooms have ample storage. Modern bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rail, bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. Heating: Night storage heaters are fitted in each room. Heating is available during the cooler months and is included in the rental costs. Fuel for wood burner available for purchase from the owner. WiFi is included and there is parking for one car.

    Well presented, excellent facilities, quiet location, friendly ownersA lovely cottage secluded and next to the Bolingey Inn, about a mile from Perranporth.Spacious and very comfortable, well equipped, highly recommended.
