Entrance to the property is through a small porch, useful for hanging coats and leaving sandy shoes and wetsuits. The hall then leads into an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The modern, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and a table and six chairs provides a dining area.


The lounge is furnished with two comfy sofas and a TV and DVD player, and patio doors lead out to the fully-enclosed lawned garden. In the garden distant views to the sea can be enjoyed from an outside table and six chairs - perfect for al fresco dining on sunny days. Also downstairs is a shower room with shower, WC and basin.


Upstairs three bedrooms sleep six: bedroom one has twin beds (3' each) side by side, and ample storage with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Bedroom two is also furnished with twin beds together (3' each), a wardrobe and lovely views across Perranporth down to the sea. Bedroom three has two single beds (3' each) and a chest of drawers and enjoys the same views across the village. The family bathroom upstairs is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC and basin.


The property is heated by an electric heating system there is one private parking space at the rear of the building. 


Perranporth boasts a beautiful vast beach with three miles of golden sand, many activities, water sports, horse riding, and a championship golf course in the dunes. Ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer, Perranporth is just eight miles to both the cathedral city of Truro and the gorgeous beaches of Newquay, and Padstow, St Ives, Falmouth and many other places of interest and attractions are all within an easy 40 minute drive.
