This three bed house is within a small terrace and is a well-equipped, comfortable property with all mod cons including WiFi, perfect for a family holiday. Just five minutes' walk to the beach and village of Perranporth it is close to all amenities, bars, shops and cafes, and a short walk up the cliff to join the coastal path.


Perranporth boasts a beautiful three mile long beach with golden sand, and is ideally placed on the north coast to explore the rest that Cornwall has to offer: just eight miles to the cathedral city of Truro, and Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth all within an easy 40 minute drive.


A small porch leads into the house, useful for hanging coats and leaving sandy shoes and wetsuits. The entrance hall leads into the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. The modern, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and in the dining area is a table and six chairs.


The lounge is furnished with two comfy sofas, TV and DVD player, and patio doors lead out onto the fully-enclosed lawned garden. In the garden an outside table and six chairs are perfect for al fresco dining with distant views down to the sea. Also downstairs is a shower room with shower, hand basin and w.c., and understairs storage provides space for the vacuum cleaner and ironing board.


Upstairs the family bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom one has twin beds (3ft) which are pushed together and lots of storage with chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Bedroom two also has twin beds together, a wardrobe and lovely views across Perranporth down to the sea. Bedroom three has two single beds and a chest of drawers and enjoys the same views across the village.


Heating is via an electric heating system which is included in the price of the accommodation, and to the rear of the property there is a private parking space for one car.
