The beach is literally steps from the front door, taking less than one minute to walk through the development to The Summer House restaurant, Alcatraz cafe/bar, and down a flight of steps to Perranporth's golden sand and great surf.

Perranporth is a beautiful seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast, with a good variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, and is known for its stunning clifftop views and family friendly facilities. It's also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and a variety of Cornwall's best tourist attractions and places of interest can all be found within a short drive, including the Eden Project, St Ives, Padstow and Falmouth.
