Property Description

A lovely detached house, Blue Haze enjoys sweeping views across Perranporth from its slightly elevated position, and beach and sea views from some rooms. Just five minutes' walk to the beach, shops and cafes, yet set back from the hustle and bustle of town, Blue Haze is ideally located for family seaside holidays. A welcome hamper will be waiting in the property upon guests' arrival with all the delicious components for a proper Cornish cream tea and hot drink; the perfect way to start your holiday!

Spacious rooms with large windows make the most of the views, and a patio area to the front of the house with garden furniture and a barbecue provides the perfect spot for enjoying dinner in the seaside air. Modern, light and airy, the house is tastefully decorated, comfortable and stylish.

The lounge has French doors leading out onto the patio and is furnished with two large leather sofas from which to comfortably watch the TV (with Netflix and DVD player) or enjoy the view. The white fitted kitchen has a wall mounted TV with DVD player and includes a built in electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, and a table with four chairs. The separate dining room offers a larger table with chairs to seat seven people. There is also a toilet on this floor and a rear door leads out to the side and back of the house from the kitchen.

Upstairs, bedroom one is furnished with a small double bed (4'), bedroom furniture and a basin. Bedroom two benefits from a king size bed (5') with lovely beach and sea views, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a basin. Bedroom three is a good sized room with a double bed (4'6") and a single (3'), a TV with DVD player, and a basin. The family shower room on this level is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.

There are two parking spaces outside the property on Lower Tywarnhayle Road and one parking space at the back on Tywarnhayle Road. Approximately 15 steps lead up to the house at the front and there are the same number going up to the parking at the back of the house.

Perranporth is a large village on Cornwall's rugged north coast with numerous shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes and a magnificent three-mile long sandy beach and good surf. Blue Haze is within easy walking distance of the boating lake, tennis courts, bowling green, golf course and the spectacular South West Coast Path.
