In the tranquil hamlet of Bolingey, one mile from Perranporth's shops, cafes and beautiful beach, Millers Loft is a peaceful and comfortable first floor apartment to sleep four.
The front door is accessed up quite a steep flight of external steps and opens into the living area and kitchen. The kitchen has been opened up to the main room to allow light to flood through the space, and is fitted with cream kitchen units, ample wooden work surfaces and a deep sink. It is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, small fridge with a freezer compartment, and washing machine. The carpeted sitting room is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas, TV and DVD player, and a dining table with four chairs.
Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and has a deep windowsill with latticed window. Bedroom two has twin beds (3' each) and a wardrobe. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite comprising a shower over the bath, a WC and basin.
Millers Loft is heated by night storage heaters and benefits from one parking space at the front of the property. A communal outside area at the foot of the steps provides a shared rotary washing line.
The Bolingey Inn, a cosy and traditional 17th century pub, is only a couple of minutes' walk away and all the amenities of Perranporth, with its three-mile-long beach, are a pleasant one-mile level stroll away, or less than five minutes in the car. There are many activities on the doorstep including beautiful walks, horse riding and golf, and Bolingey is a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall. The cathedral city of Truro, beautiful beaches of Newquay, marine heritage of Falmouth and art of St Ives are all within easy reach by car, as is the Eden Project and many wonderful National Trust properties and gardens.
