Commanding outstanding views of the sea and sand dunes, and with direct access onto the beach, Oceanside is a recently renovated and well-presented first floor apartment in an exceptional location from which to enjoy Perranporth's three miles of beautiful sandy beach. 


A flight of external steps leads up to Oceanside's front entrance which is accessed along a small private balcony adorned with plants and palms. The front door opens into a hallway with coat pegs and the newly fitted kitchen is off to the right. Clean and modern with new wall and floor tiles, the kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.  


The generous sized lounge has fantastic views over the sand dunes and down to the sea from a large picture window which makes the most of the views. Two 2-seater sofas and one 3-seater sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating, and a dining table with six chairs is positioned next to the serving hatch through to the kitchen. A TV, DVD player, wall mounted electric heaters and an electric fire make this a cosy and comfortable place to relax whatever the weather.  


The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a leather-based double bed (4'6"), wardrobe and chest of drawers, and benefits from the same exceptional views out to the sand dunes, beach, sea and across up to the golf course. The second bedroom has twin beds (3' each) and large fitted wardrobes. An ironing board, high chair and travel cot are stored in the cupboards for guests' use, and the airing cupboard is also in this room. A fully tiled shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail.  


The property is double glazed and heated via electric wall mounted heaters and night storage heating. A coin operated electricity meter takes £1 and £2 coins, and there is a coin operated launderette a short walk from the apartment for the use of Sand Bay visitors. 


Oceanside is approached via a narrow private driveway leading to the shared parking area where there is one allocated parking space for number 8. If needed, an additional parking space can be arranged at an extra cost of £10 from the Sand Bay reception. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7'4" height and no wider than a standard car.


Oceanside is set within a small development of purpose-built holiday homes, only moments from the beach and a couple of minutes' level walk to Perranporth's shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Surfing lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available nearby, as is access to the South West Coast Path. Local bus connections run frequently to Newquay, St. Agnes and Truro.

    We have been coming to Sandbay for the past 40 years on and off. This is the best one we have stayed in! Very clean and well equipped. All the little touches left in the flat make it feel like a home from home.
