Property Description

This spacious first floor apartment occupies an enviable position just yards from Perranporth's three miles of golden sands and great surf. Commanding stunning views of the beach and sand dunes, Glas Mor (Sand Bay No. 9) offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people, located within a small complex of beachside apartments.

External steps ascend to the entrance and into the apartment. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen which has a tiled floor and is well equipped with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a combination washer/dryer.

The lounge/diner provides a large dining table and chairs by the window, perfectly positioned from which to really appreciate the glorious coastal views. Two large leather sofas and a comfortable chair, TV and DVD player make the lounge a lovely place to relax.

Two bedrooms sleep four, both with ample storage space. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed (5') and bedroom two is furnished with twin beds (3' each). A fully tiled shower room is fitted with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

The apartment benefits from an allocated parking space for one car. An additional parking permit can be purchased for £10 per week from the Sand Bay reception. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7'4" height and 6'7" wide.

Only moments from the beach, Glas Mor is also just a short level walk to Perranporth's numerous cafes, shops and bars. Within Perranporth there's an excellent 18-hole golf course, horse riding, surfing, tennis, boating lake and bowls. The beautiful beaches of Newquay and cathedral city of Truro are both nine miles away, and many popular attractions and places of interest such as the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Padstow and St Ives all within an easy drive.

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 coin meter.

The view from our back windows was amazing from morning to dusk. Being next to the beach attracted us and didn't disappoint, only 2 mins. So many attractions, I surfed for the first time with Perranporth Surf School, who are great whatever level you are. "
