Bedroom one is furnished with a super-king-sized bed, bedroom furniture, and benefits from a fully tiled en-suite with shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail. French windows open from the bedroom to the front patio looking across to beautiful sea, beach and dune views.



The same aspect is enjoyed by bedroom two which has a king-sized bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Bedroom three is furnished with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four children (these beds are not suitable for adults). One of the lower bunks is low to the floor, making it ideal for a younger child.



Bedroom four has a single bed, bedroom storage and TV with DVD player. All rooms benefit from individually controlled electric heaters, and blackout blinds and blackout curtains in the bedrooms promote a really good nights' sleep.



The family bathroom on this ground floor level is fully tiled and has been fitted with a bath with a shower over it, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The hot water in the property is partially solar powered, assisted by an electric emersion.  


Upstairs a large and bright open plan kitchen / diner and sitting room with vaulted ceiling provides a wonderful living space. Large apex feature windows let the light stream in, and look out to those incredible sea views. A door opens to the balcony with a bistro table and chairs. Please note that young children will need to be supervised at all times on the balcony.



Two three-seater sofas are arranged to make the most of the outlook, and a bean bag and cube chair-bed provide additional comfy seating. The blinds on the window can be drawn in the evening to make the room cosier to watch the freeview TV or a DVD.



In the dining area is an extendable glass topped table and six chairs, and a further four folding chairs are stored in the utility room. There is also a children's table with two little chairs, and games, puzzles and books are available for younger guests to use.



The dark grey gloss fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar with three high swivel chairs, and is fully equipped with electric oven and halogen hob, a large integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. A utility room on this floor houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, and also an upstairs WC and sink.



At the back of the house is a raised patio (up several steps) with table and chairs; a lovely place to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy day sightseeing!



Sand Dunes is a five-minute downhill stroll to Perranporth's shops, tearooms, restaurants and bars, and the magnificent beach with its three miles of soft golden sand (ten minutes' walk back up!). The beach is a popular surfing spot but also has many safe areas for swimming, with lifeguards operating throughout the main season. For young children, there is a playground five minutes' walk from Sand Dunes, and many places of interest such as the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, and National Trust properties and gardens can be reached within a short drive.
