The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, integral fridge / freezer and dishwasher, and a microwave. A breakfast bar with bar stools provides a place to sit up at the kitchen, and a dining table seats up to eight people. The sitting room is furnished with two leather sofas, two comfy chairs a large beanbag, and TV with freeview. There is also a cloakroom with WC and basin on this floor. 

Downstairs are three of the four bedrooms and a second sitting room: a great playroom for children, with a comfy sofa and two arm chairs and a TV with DVD player and BT Vision. Bedrooms one and two are furnished with twin beds in each (3' each) and both have French windows opening to the garden. Bedroom two is also furnished with twin beds (3' each) and has French windows onto the garden.   Bedroom three has a single bed (3') and additional pull-out bed.  

The family bathroom is fully tiled and fitted with a bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin. A utility room houses the combined washing machine and tumble dryer. From this level, access can be gained to the enclosed garden at the rear of the house, with decking, garden furniture and a barbecue. 

The spacious master bedroom occupies the top floor of the house. Furnished with a king sized bed (5') and with beautiful views, it also benefits from an en suite with large shower cubicle, WC and basin.  

The house is heated by electric central heating and underfloor heating on the ground floor. There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property for up to three cars; please note that from here there are steps down to the back garden. An outside tap provides a place to rinse out wetsuits after a day at the beach. One small dog is welcomed with prior agreement, to be supervised at all times.  

Perfect for a family holiday, all the amenities, shops and restaurants of Perranporth, plus the spectacular South West coast path are all just a short walk away, as is Perranporth's beautiful dog-friendly three-mile sandy beach. In the local vicinity are surf schools, tennis courts, a bowls club, para gliding and horse riding.  

Perranporth is known for its stunning coastline and is ideally located on Cornwall's north coast to also explore the rest of the county. Only nine miles from both the cathedral city of Truro, and the beautiful beaches of Newquay, there are numerous attractions and places of interest such as The Eden Project, the cobbled streets of St Ives, and sub-tropical National Trust gardens, all within an easy half hour drive.
