Perfect for a couple or for single occupancy, Spindrift is a modern pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment 10 minutes' walk from Perranporth's bars, cafes, shops and three-mile sandy beach.  

   

Benefitting from a private driveway parking space at the front of the property, access to Spindrift is through the front door from the parking area, into the open plan kitchen/sitting room. A kitchenette provides full electric oven and hob, microwave and fitted fridge, and a breakfast bar with two stools. 

   

A sofa on the other side of the room faces the kitchenette and a wall-mounted TV, and there are electric heaters throughout the property to keep the space warm and cosy when needed. The comfortable bedroom is furnished with a double bed (4'6”) and bedroom storage, and a shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and basin.  

   

The driveway provides a small fenced and gated outside space in which to sit out and enjoy the evening sun: two fold-up chairs are available for outdoor use, and there's an outside pull-out airer on which to dry towels after a day at the beach. A launderette is available in Perranporth.  

 

For those who enjoy walking, the South West coast path is just a few minutes' stroll away: head to St Agnes to the south or Holywell Bay and on to Newquay to the north. Perranporth's vibrant village is down the hill and boasts a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf. Spindrift is ideally placed on Cornwall's north coast to explore the rest that the county has to offer; both the cathedral city of Truro and the stunning coastline in Newquay are just nine miles away, and Padstow, St Ives, and Falmouth are all within an easy 40 minute drive.

 

Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
