The front entrance opens into a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and combination washer/dryer. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two armchairs and a two seater sofa, a TV and DVD player, and a drop-leaf dining table with four chairs.
Sleeping five in two bedrooms, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed (4'6") with over bed storage, and bedroom two with a triple bunk bed (a double bed (4'6") below and single bed (3') above), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, WC and basin.
All the amenities, shops, bars and caf?s of Perranporth are a short level walk away, and the spectacular South West coast path can be joined within ten minutes' walk of the property. Perranporth is ideally placed on Cornwall's north coast to easily explore the rest that this beautiful county has to offer, including Truro, Padstow, St Ives, Falmouth, the Eden Project, and National Trust houses and gardens all within an easy 40-minute drive.
The apartment is heated by wall mounted electric radiators, and up to two dogs are welcome subject to prior arrangement. A travel highchair and safety gate are provided at the property and there is allocated parking for one car.
