A wonderful sea-front Victorian cottage bordering the village green, Beachview has, as its name suggests, incredible views of Perranporth beach which is less than 50 metres from the front door. Almost all the rooms enjoy magnificent views across the beach and sea and are spacious and comfortably furnished.

Beachview is a semi-detached house built in the traditional local stone, and arranged over three floors. Downstairs the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge. A dishwasher and fridge/freezer are in a link room leading to the utility/shower room with washing machine, sink and shower. There is a separate downstairs WC.
Also downstairs a dining room enjoys stunning views down to the beach and across to Chapel Rock, and the sitting room, benefitting from the same beautiful views, is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchair, TV, DVD player and an electric fire.
Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms (please note that the stairway has a low head height), one with a double bed (4'6") and one with twin beds (3' each). A family bathroom is fitted with shower over the bath, WC and basin. Up again to the second floor, two more bedrooms both offer 3' twin beds in each bedroom. All four bedrooms have wash basins within the rooms.
The house is heated by a combination of night storage heaters and electric portable heaters. There is an allocated parking space for one car at the rear of the property.
Immediately outside Beachview is a large grassed public green, a lovely area in which to sit out and for children to play, and only metres from the beach! Just imagine stepping out of the front door, towel in hand, and feeling the soft sand between your toes in a matter of seconds on one of Cornwall's finest and longest beaches.
In the immediate area there is a golf course, bowling club, horse riding and tennis courts as well as numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The three-mile-long beach is banked by undulating sand dunes, and the South West Coast Path can be joined to walk north to Holywell or south to St Agnes. The cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are both only eight miles away, and many other attractions and places of interest are within an easy half hour drive.
Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own.
