Only five minutes' level walk to Perranporth's three-mile sandy beach and great surf, Little Fernleigh is a beautifully designed annex to sleep two.
Light, bright and modern, Little Fernleigh has a fully equipped kitchen with double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer and microwave. A breakfast bar has two bar stools, and the lounge area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV. Patio doors open out to an enclosed decked garden. An outside shower at the back of the property is shared with next door Fernleigh, great for washing the sand off after a day at the beach.
A glass sided staircase ascends to a mezzanine bedroom with king sized bed (5'). The bed base and wardrobes have been crafted from pallet wood and driftwood and make a stylish feature. The same effect has been created for storage in the bathroom downstairs, which has been fitted with large rain shower, WC and basin. Electric heaters are fitted throughout the property.
Little Fernleigh has its own entrance, private garden and parking space, and is an ideal base for either single occupancy or a couple. However it can also be booked with neighbouring Fernleigh (FER226) for larger groups, and access can then be opened through a fully sound-proofed and lockable door to the main house.
Perranporth is a small but bustling seaside resort on Cornwall's north coast with plenty of cafes, bars and shops. The three-mile long beach is Perranporth's crowning glory and there are breathtaking views from the clifftop along the coast path. It is also a great location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall: the cathedral city of Truro and beautiful beaches of Newquay are only eight miles away, and The Eden Project, Falmouth, Padstow and St Ives are all within an easy 40 minute drive.
Dogs are allowed downstairs only in this property, at a charge of £50 per dog per week.
